1. Return Eligibility

At Grosyhub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them
  • Items must have all original tags, labels, and accessories attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food items, beverages, etc.)
  • Personal care items that have been opened or used
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items purchased during special sales or promotions (unless otherwise stated)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@grosyhub.com or call 8866559670 within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
  4. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible
  5. Include the RA number and original invoice/receipt in the package
  6. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the shipping receipt until your return is processed.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in an unacceptable condition

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is not available, we will process a refund instead.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting us.

8. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, and we will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@grosyhub.com.
